Condesa de Leganza Verdejo Bianco

Condesa de Leganza is a Spanish wine from La Mancha made by the famous winery Faustino. This white variant is a 100% Verdejo. The grapes for this wine come from a vineyard with different types of soil located about 800 meter above sea level in the North-Eastern part of La Mancha. It has a fresh aroma of tropical fruit, pineapple, citrus and a hint of fennel and freshly sown grass. The palate is gentle and fresh with a pleasant acidity and floral and spicy notes. Best served with smoked and grilled fish, salads, mussels, leek quiche, cheese and courgette, chicken with a white wine sauce, avocade with prawns and a variety of young cheeses.
