Luisa Sauvignon Blanc Friuli DOC 2011

The Luisa Sauvignon Blanc Friuli DOC 2011 is a 100% Sauvignon matured in oak casks for about 6 months followed by a 2 months long maturation in the bottle. It has a golden yellow colour with delicate aromas and an elegant bouquet of sage, paprika and tomato leaves. The palate has a pleasant acidity, full-bodied and with a little bitter in the finish.

This wine is a good companion of spicy dishes and seafood.
