Cent'Are Nero d'Avola

Cent'Are Nero d'Avolo is a Sicilian red wine from the famous Carlo Pellegrino winery. It has matured in oak casks for about 6 months before being bottled. The wine has a deep red colour with aromas of wood, forest fruit and a hint of lmonds. The palate is subtle and full-bodied with powerful and fruity aromas and spicy notes followed by a long inish. Beste served with a variety of meat dishes with firm sauce, pasta dishes, mushroom lasagna, ham and a variety of cheeses.
