Bellussi Prosecco Vino Frizzante

Bellussi is a well-known specialist in sparking Prosecco and Spumante wines. The company is located in Valbdobbiadene, the centre of the Prosecco production, in the Veneto region. This Vino Frizzante is vinified according to the Charmat mehtod with a second fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Afer this process the wine matures shortly in the bottle in one of the cool basements before being distributed.

This Prosecco has a light yellow colour with a fresh and fruity nose with aromas of apple, pear and a hint of exotic fruit. The palate is fresh, slightly dry and with a little sparkling. Best served with olives, mini pizza snacks with fish, fingerfood, fish salad and goat cheese.
