The Glencadam American Oak Reserve is the latest addition to the Glencadam core range. This Highlands single malt has delicate oak aromas with fruit and some light spices and was bottled at 40% ABV.
Nose: sweet vanilla pods with butter cream mixed with apples and pears, raisins and hints of Turkish delight
Palate: poached pear and apple blossom with Acacia honey, roasted chestnuts, mocha and lemon zest
Finish: sweet cooked fruit, white grapes and apple crumble with some lingering peppery spice notes
