The Ultimate Selection is a series of single cask release by the Dutch independent bottler van Wees. All releases are non chill filtered and with no added colour and especially selected by Han and Maurice van Wees.

The Old Pulteney 7 years old is a young Highlands single malt distilled on the 27^th of May 2008 and matured in bourbon barrel 800001. Bottled on the 6^th of September 2015 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 363 bottles.

Nose: salty, floral, fruit, vanilla and coriander

Palate: powerful and salty with malt, spices, pepper and coriander

Finish: medium long, salty notes, floral aromas and fruit
