The Ultimate Selection is a series of single cask release by the Dutch independent bottler van Wees. All releases are non chill filtered and with no added colour and especially selected by the brothers Han and Maurice van Wees.

This 14 years old Highland Park from 1999 has matured in bourbon barrel 800167. It was distilled on the 15th of October 1999 and bottled on the 29th of August 2014 at 46% ABV. A limited single cask release of 262 bottles.

Nose: ripe apple and pear, raspberry, vanilla and dessert wine

Palate: white grapes, nutmeg, a bit of honey, fresh wood and hay

Finish: long, full and fruity
