The Maltman Turriff 15yo 2004 (52,5%)

The Maltman Turriff 15 years old 2004 is a Highlands single malt from the Deanston distillery bottled by the independent bottler The Maltman (Meadowside Blending). This Deanston was distilled in October 2004 and matured in bourbon hogshead 8. It was bottled in February 2020 at natural cask strength of 52,5% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 391 bottles.

Nose: sweet with cake, marzipan and sweet barley

Palate: silky  smooth with nut pie, toasted oak, maple syrup and some salted caramel

Finish: long and warm with molten butter and butter cookies
