The Maltman 21yo Tobermory 1995 (50,9%)

The Maltman 21 years old Tobermory 1995 is an older Isle of Mull single malt bottled by the independent bottler The Maltman (Meadowside Blending). It was distilled in December 1995 and matured in refill  hogshead 1889. It was bottled in March 2017 at natural cask strength of 50,9% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 292 bottles.

Nose: soft with vanilla fudge and overripe pears

Palate: fresh and crisp with some soft and salty liquorice followed by sweet influences like apple pie, flambeed bananas, croissants and lemon curd

Finish: very soft with freshly baked bread, maple syrup and coffee
