The Maltman Glen Spey 23 years old 1993 is an older Speyside single malt bottled by the independent bottler The Maltman (Meadowside Blending). It was distilled in September 1993 and matured in bourbon cask 1749. It was bottled in August 2017 at natural cask strength of 49,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 244 bottles.
Nose: vanilla with citrus, warming oak and sugared almonds
Palate: a sweet balance with cherry cream ice, black coffee and nuts
Finish: subtle and warming
