The Maltman Vintage Blended Malt 27yo 1992 (42%)

The Maltman Vintage Blende Maltd 27yo 1992 is a blende malt made from malts of Pittyvaich, Aberlour, Cardhu, Tomatin, Glenallachie, Aberfeldy Bruichladdich and Caol Ila bottled by the independent bottler The Maltman (Meadowside Blending). A vintage 1992 matured in a first fill sherry butt and bottled in 2020 at natural cask strength of 42% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 702 bottles.

Nose: pears, apples, berries and cherries with fresh flowers, oak, warm leather and suede

Palate: fudge, vanilla, cherries and furniture wax. Very classical.

Finish: soft and rich with fruit, salted liquorice and menthol
