The Granary 30 years old 1990 is a blended grain bottled by the independent bottler The Maltman (Meadowside Blending). This is a combination of 1 sherry butt from the Cambus distillery and 4 bourbon barrels from the North British distillery, all at least 30 years old. This blended grain was bottled in 2021 at natural cask strength of 47,3% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited release.

Nose: rich with dark vanilla, toffee, vanilla cream and custard

Palate: orange zest, candied prunes and caramelized almonds

Finish: rich and slightly dry towards the end. Very long and impressing
