The Grainman Girvan 25yo 1993 Radoux Cask (55,5%)

The Grainman Girvan 25 years old 1993 Radoux Cask is an older Lowlands single grain from the Girvan distillery bottled by the independent bottler The Grainman (Meadowside Blending). This Girvan was distilled in 1993 and matured in Radoux cask 1629. A Radoux casks is a cask made from Limousin, Vosges and Allier oak. This cask was bottled in March 2019 at natural cask strength of 55,5% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 498 bottles.

Nose: oak juices with vanilla custard, pineapple, buttercake, spiced bisquits and green Grenadine

Palate: exotic spices with Chinese sweet and sour sauce followed by dark caramel with coconut and berry jelly

Finish: sticky and spicy with some caramel
