This The Creative Whisky Company Single Cask Exclusives Peated Highland 8 years old AM011 is a peated Highlands single malt from Ardmore bottled in the Single Cask Exclusives series by the independent bottler The Creative Whisky Company. In this series David Stirk bottles single casks from several regions at 50% ABV for very affordable prices. This release was distilled in 2009 and matured in bourbon hogshead AM011. It was bottled in 2017 at 50% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: earthy with yellow fruit and clean smoke followed by peat and red fruit

Palate: spicy with olives, vanilla sweetness and peat

Finish: rich peat aromas
