Distilled on the 16th of March 2003 and matured in refill hogshead 900039. Bottled in 2017 at natural cask strength of 57,4% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 274 bottles.

Nose: orchid blossom with white spices and soft yellow fruit

Palate: juicy and spicy with apples and pears
