The Creative Whisky Company Exclusive Malts Croftengea ‘Loch Lomond’ 10 years old 2006 is a Highlands single malt bottled by the independent bottler The Creative Whisky Company in their Exclusive Malts series. The Croftengea is a heavily peated Loch Lomond. Due to the structure of the stills the lyne arms can be shortened and stretch. Together with a heavily peated barley this results in a heavy and heavily peated single malt. It was distilled on the 22^nd of March 2006 and matured in bourbon cask no. 485 It was bottled in April 2016 at natural cask strength of 56,7% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 302 bottles.

Nose: salted pretzels, grass and cow skin

Palate: pretty light with white spices, warm ginger and lingering smoke together with bay leaf liquorice

Finish: medium long with lingering smoke
