The That Boutique-y Whisky Company Paul John 6 years old Batch 3 is a younger Indian single malt from the Paul John distillery bottled by the independent bottler That Boutique-y Whisky Company. This Paul John release is the third batch, bottled in 2016 at natural cask strength of 52,9% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 822 bottles.

Nose: a bonfire with lots of smoke, caramelized fruit and maritime influences after a few minutes

Palate: bourbon vanilla, milk chocolate and peat (but a lot less then on the nose)

Finish: peppery peat with brambles
