North Star Macduff 11yo 2006 (55,2%)

The North Star Macduff 11 years old 2006 is a young Highlands single malt bottled by the independent bottler North Star Spirits. This is a release in the Cask Series 005 distilled in November 2006 and matured in a refill bourbon hogshead. This Macduff was bottled in May 2018 at natural cask strength of 55,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 276 bottles.

Nose: red apples, mown grass and bourbon

Palate: creamy and sweet with a hint of custard

Finish: vanilla cream and custard
