North Star Inchgower 11yo 2007 (52,5%)

The North Star Inchgower 11 years old 2007 is a Speyside single malt bottled by the independent bottler North Star Spirits. A release from the Cask Series 008 distilled in July 2007 and matured in a refill bourbon hogshead. This Inchgower was bottled in June 2019 at natural cask strength of 52,5% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 321 bottles.

Nose: Kola cubes and pancakes with maple syrup

Palate: White pepper and caramel shavings

Finish: Tobacco (montecristo, not marlboro)
