The North Star Glenrothes 11 years old 2007 is a younger Speyside single malt from the Glenrothes distillery bottled by the independent bottler North Star Spirits. A release from the Cask Series 009 distilled in 2007 and matured in a sherry butt. This Glenrothes was bottled in July 2019 at natural cask strength of 51,4% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 618 bottles.

Nose: Oloroso sherry aromas with dried fruit

Palate: pecan nuts with chocolate caramel candy and more sherry aromas

Finish: peppery apricot jam
