North Star Glen Spey 14yo 2006 (59,1%)

The North Star Glen Spey 14 years old 2006 is a Speyside single malt from the Glen Spey distillery bottled in the Cask Series 11 by the independent bottler North Star Spirits. This Glen Spey was distilled in September 2006 and matured in a refill hogshead followed by an Oloroso sherry finish. It was bottled in October 2020 at natural cask strength of 59,1% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 247 bottles.

Nose: toasted vanilla pods, fresh, ginger and cola cubes

Palate: crisp, creamy

Finish: sweet with nuts and vanilla ice
