North Star Aultmore 11yo 2006 (53,2%)

The North Star Aultmore 11 years old 2006 is a young Speyside single malt bottled by the independent bottler North Star Spirits. A release from the Cask Series 004 distilled in October 2006 and matured in a refill hogshead. This Aultmore was bottled in February 2018 at natural cask strength of 53,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 149 bottles.

Nose: caramel, toffee, light spices and ginger

Palate: biscuits, nutmeg and oak

Finish: ginger, orange sweetness and spices
