North Star Auchroisk 13yo 2006 (51,2%)

The North Star Auchroisk 13 years old 2006 is a younger Speyside single malt bottled by the independent bottler North Star Spirits. A release in their Cask Series 008 distilled in February 2006. This Auchroisk matured in an Oloroso sherry hogshead and was bottled in June 2019 at natural cask strength of 51,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 280 bottles.

Nose: An oil-burning rayburn baking an orange sponge pudding

Palate: Orangeade spangles and freshly plundered brambles

Finish: Crêpes suzette with extra tangerine zest
