Lady of the Glen Tomintoul 15yo 2005 (55,8%)

The Lady of the Glen Tomintoul 15 years old 2005 is a Speyside single malt from the Tomintoul distillery bottled by the independent bottler Lady of the Glen. This Tomintoul was distilled on the 17^th of May 2005 and matured in a bourbon cask followed by a finish in Amontillado sherry cask 19A. It was bottled on the 3^rd of June 2020 at natural cask strength of 55,7% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 251 bottles.

Nose: rich coffee aromas followed by apples and warm biscuit dough

Palate: pungent orange aromas followed by vanilla, honey and chocolate

Finish: gingerbread, cedar and orange oil
