Kintra Blended Malt 14yo

The Kintra Blended Malt 14 years old is a blended malt bottled by the Dutch Kintra Whisky of Erik Molenaar. The youngest malt in this vatting is from 2001 and both colour and taste reveal that there is much heavily sherried whisky in it. Bottled in 2015 at 45,7% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited release of 179 bottles.

Nose: rich sherry that get’s rounder, richer and sweeter by the minute with some notes of matches at the background together with a light hint of acidity which reveals the use of some much older whiskies

Nose: wood influences with dark warm fruit, coffee, chocolate and polished leather

Finish: pleasant and long
