Kintra Auchroisk 19yo 1996 (51,8%)

The Kintra Auchroisk 19 years old 1996 is a Speyside single malt bottled in the Kintra Single Cask Selection series. An inpendent release by the Dutch independent bottler Erik Molenaar. This Auchroisk  was distilled in March 1996 and matured in bourbon hogshead 1972 before being bottled on the 29^th of October 2014 at natural cask strength of 51,8% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 80 bottles.

Nose: grainy and malty with a hint of butterscotch, freshness and some sweetness

Palate: slightly pungent with mild wood influences, vanilla, peach, coconut and some liquorice

Finish: medium long and pleasantly warm
