Kintra 10th Confidential Cask 11yo (52,7%)

The Kintra 10th Confidential Cask 11 years old is the 10th release in this series by the Dutch independent bottler Kintra Whisky. This one is an  11 year old Highlands single malt with a peaty character from an undisclosed distillery. It was bottled in August 2018 at natural cask strength of 52,7% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 204 bottles.

Nose: mild smoke, citrus, vanilla, caramel, a little medicinal, plasters and more fruit with some water

Palate: some sweetness, liquorice, intense peat smoke, dark chocolate, hot ginger and American oak spices

Finish: long and warm
