The Infrequent Flyers Undisclosed Speyside 28 years old 1992 is an older Speyside single malt from an undisclosed distillery bottled by the independent bottler Infrequent Flyers (Alistair Walker Whisky Company). This Speysider was bottled in the fourth batch and is release No. 23. It was distilled on the 21^st of May 1992 and matured in virgin oak barrel 4824. It was bottled in August 2020 at natural cask strength of 46,7% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: Caramelised pear and fried tropical fruit, along with brown sugar and treacle.

Palate: Custard tarts and freshly baked cookies appear, along with caramel digestive biscuits and crystallised ginger.

Finish: Spicy oak lingers on a syrupy finish.
