The Infrequent Flyers Allt-a-Bhainne 14 years old 2005 is a Speyside single malt from the Allt-A-Bhainne distillery bottled by the independent bottler Infrequent Flyers from Alistair Walker. This Allt-A-Bhainne is release no. 20 bottled in the third batch. It was distilled in 2005 and matured in refill puncheon 69290. This release was bottled in 2020 at natural cask strength of 59,9% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 643 bottles.
Nose: floral malt aromas with cinnamon sugar, chocolate peanuts and bramble jam
Palate: caramel sauce with toast, honey, nuts and fruit zests
Finish: lots of oak and baking spices with lingering citrus aromas
