Old Malt Cask Croftengea 12yo 2006 (50%)

The Old Malt Cask Croftengea 12 years old 2006 is a peated Highlands single malt from the Loch Lomond distillery bottled in the Old Malt Cask series by the independent bottler Hunter Laing. This Croftengea was distilled in March 2006 and matured in refill hogshead HL15541. It was bottled in November 2018 at 50% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 339 bottles.

Nose: vanilla custard with fruit salad and honey

Palate: cinder toffee pineapple sea salt

Finish: long lingering with a hint of peat smoke
