Hunter Laing Islay Journey

The Hunter Laing Islay Journey is a mysterious Islay blended malt from Hunter Laing. This whisky is one of the many releases they’ll bottle before they release the first single malt of their Ardnahoe distillery (also on Islay). The Islay Journey was bottled at 46% abv.

Nose: smoke, ash, tar, red fruit and vanilla

Palate: heavy smoke and peat with sugar candy, vanilla and milk chocolate

Finish: medium long
