Hepburn’s Choice Macduff 13yo 2007

The Hepburn’s Choice Macduff 13 years old 2007 is a Highlands single malt bottled in the Hepburn’s Choice series by the independent bottler Hunter Laing. This Macduff was distilled in 2007 and matured in a bourbon cask followed by a wine cask finish. It was bottled end of 2020 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 457 bottles.

Nose: lovely aromas of apples and berries mixed with pine needles and oak

Palate: more spicy with notes of gingerbread and ginger

Finish: the fruity aromas take over from the spices
