Hepburn’s Choice 7yo Aultmore 2007

The Hepburn’s Choice 7 years old Aultmore from 2007 is a Speyside single malt bottled in the Hepburn’s Choice series by the independent bottler Hunter Laing. In this series only malts up to 12 years old are bottled at 46% ABV. This Aultmore was distilled in 2007 and matured in a refill sherry butt. It was bottled in 2014 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 598 bottles.

Nose: fresh with ripe fruit, rich spices and floral notes

Palate: well balanced with mint, ginger and lots of fruit

Finish: medium long, rounded and very tasty
