The Hart Brothers Cask Strength Dalmore 8 years old 2012 Burgundy Cask Finish Bottled Exclusively for the Netherlands is a younger Highlands single malt from the Dalmore distillery bottled by the independent bottler Hart Brothers. This Dalmore was distilled in May 2012 and matured in a bourbon cask followed by a finish in Burgundy red wine cask 12-1-244. It was bottled in October 2020 at natural cask strength of 58,7% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 360 bottles.

Nose: fresh red fruit, delicate cherry liqueur and hot mulled wine

Palate: strawberry liqueur, espresso, flambeed cherries, cloves, berry bitters and a lot of power

Finish: espresso, spices, bitters and warming forest fruit aromas
