Hart Brothers Cask Strength Dalmore 11yo 2007 (55,6%)

The Hart Brothers Cask Strength Dalmore 11 years old 2007 is a younger Highlands single malt from the Dalmore distillery bottled by the independent bottler Hart Brothers. This Dalmore was distilled in April 2007 and matured in a first fill sherry butt. It was bottled in November 2018 at natural cask strength of 55,6% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: slightly waxy with fruitcake, oranges, rich and elegant and almost no oak aromas

Palate: dark chocolate with orange filling, creamy and velvety with caramel sweetness and again some waxiness

Finish: round, rich and complex
