The First Cask Ardmore 9 years old 2008 is a young peated Highlands single malt bottled in the First Cask series by the Dutch importer Whisky Import Nederland. This Ardmore was distilled on the 19^th of June 2008 and matured in refill bourbon barrel 702426. It was bottled on the 17^th of November 2017 at natural cask strength of 58% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 265 bottles.

Nose: a firmly peated Ardmore with some fruit and spices beside the peat

Palate: lots of Islay influences together with yellow fruit, cream, cocoa, spices and oak

Finish: peat and smoke, typical Ardmore
