Cooper’s Choice Tomintoul 13yo Sherry Cask Matured (55,5%)

The Cooper’s Choice Tomintoul 13 years old Sherry Cask Matured is a sherried Speyside single malt from the Tomintoul distillery bottled by the independent bottler Cooper’s Choice. This Tomintoul was distilled in May 2005 and matured in sherry cask 10. It was bottled in 2019 at natural cask strength of 55,5% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 330 bottles.

Nose: tropical fruit with honey and sherry aromas

Palate: stewed fruit with fudge, spicy oak aromas and old leather. A very creamy Tomintoul with later on more sherry influence and hint of furniture wax

Finish: long and slightly drying
