Cooper’s Choice Glenrothes 12yo 2007 Cadillac Wine Finish (56,3%)

The Cooper’s Choice Glenrothes 12 years old 2007 Cadillac Wine Finish is a wine finished Speyside single malt from the Glenrothes distillery bottled by the independent bottler Cooper’s Choice (Vintage Malt Whisky Company). This Glenrothes was distilled in October 2007 and matured in an ex bourbon cask followed by a finish in Cadillac wine cask 510. It was bottled in 2019 at natural cask strength of 56,3% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 350 bottles.

Nose: dried pear slices, citrus fruits, apple skins and ripe melons

Palate: marzipan notes with more sweet fruits and spicy vanilla as well as a touch of apricots

Finish: more mouthwatering sweet spices and a medium length
