The Cooper’s Choice Glen Elgin 11 years old 2009 St Croix Du Mont Finish is a Speyside single malt malt bottled by the independent bottler Cooper’s Choice (Vintage Malt Whisky Company. This release was distilled in April 2009 and matured in a bourbon cask followed by a finish in Sainte Croix du Mont dessert wine cask 9045. This cask was bottled in 2020 at natural cask strength of 55% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 276 bottles.

Nose: honeysuckle and apricots, sweet fruits with summer flowers

Palate: soft caramel and dried fruits with spices, malty ginger an honey

Finish: good length with late citrus notes
