Cooper’s Choice Knockdhu Autumn Fruits Madeira Cask Finish (58%)

The Cooper’s Choice Knockdhu Autumn Fruits Madeira Cask Finish is a Highlands single malt from the Knockdhu distillery bottled by the independent bottler Cooper’s Choice (Vintage Malt Whisky Company. This Knockdhu matured in a bourbon cask followed by a finish in Madeira cask 9476. This cask was bottled in 2020 at natural cask strength of 58% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 342 bottles.

Nose: aromatic and fruity with fresh figs and blackberry notes

Palate: bursting with boiled sweets and caramel. Mouthwatering spicy notes

Finish: long lasting with butterscotch and more fruity spice
