The Compass Box Delilah’s 25th Anniversary of Legendary Chicago Punk Rock Whisky Bar is an ode to the legendary punk rock whisky bar in Chicago and was first released in 2013 for their 20^th anniversary. Now, 5 years later there is this 25^th anniversary release. A combination of American oak and sherry casks bottled at 46% ABV as a limited edition of 7800 bottles. This blend is made of:

• 29% of the Delilah’s 20th Anniversary Releaseuit from a refill hogshead
• 10,5% grain whisky of the Cameronbridge distillery from a first fill American standard barrel
• 10,5% malt whisky of the Miltonduff distillery from a first fill American standard barrel
• 20% malt whisky of the Teaninich distillery from a first fill sherry butt
• 15% malt whisky of the Craigellachie distillery from a first fill sherry butt
• 15% malt whisky of the Linkwood distillery from a first fill sherry butt

Nose: elegant with aromas of apricots, cinnamon and figs

Palate: rich and soft with vanilla and a hint of pepper

Finish: long with oak and sherry aromas
