Claxton’s Exploration Series Glen Moray 12yo 2008 (50%)

The Claxton’s Exploration Series Glen Moray 12 years old 2008 is a Speyside single malt from the Glen Moray distillery bottled in the Exploration Series by the independent bottler Claxton’s. This release was distilled on the 8^th of January 2008 and matured in a Moscatel cask. It was bottled on the 14^th of October 2020 at 50% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release.

Nose: almonds, sweet liqueur, prunes and walnuts

Palate: flambeed almonds, raisins, forest fruit, sweet spices with some cloves

Finish: soft, almond cookies and elegant
