The Claxton’s Bunnahabhain Stoaisha 6 years old 2013 is a young and heavily peated Islay single malt from the Bunnahabhain distillery bottled by the independent bottler Claxton’s. This heavily peated Bunnahabhain was distilled on the 28^th of October 2013 and matured in bourbon barrel 2081-931. It was bottled in 2020 at natural cask strength of 58,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 258 bottles.

Nose: powerful and rich with an earthy bonfire and flambeed tropical fruit

Palate: bbq smoke with medicinal aromas, sweet spices, earthy aromas and some saltiness. All very powerful and rich

Finish: long and drying with the typical Islay peat aromas
