The Carn Mor Strictly Limited Auchroisk 8 years old 2009 is a young Speyside single malt bottled by the independent bottler Morrison & MacKay. This Auchroisk was distilled in 2009 and matured in a refill sherry hogshead. It was bottled in 2018 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a limited single cask release of 399 bottles.

Nose: fruity with strawberries, berries and cherry jelly with vanilla, caramel, cream and light oaky aromas

Palate: the aromas of the nose with sticking red fruit and caramel

Finish: very rich
