Blackadder Peat Reek Raw Cask 10yo 2006 Sherry Cask Finish (58,1%)

The Blackadder Peat Reek Raw Cask 10 years old 2006 Sherry Cask Finish is e young peated malt from an undisclosed distillery bottled Raw Cask by the independent bottler Blackadder. It matured in hogshead PR2017-10 and was bottled in September 2017 at natural cask strength of 58,1% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour. A limited single cask release of 318 bottles.

Nose: subtle sweet and rich aromas with light smoke, tar, seaweed, barley, cereals, honey and vanilla

Palate: lightly sweetened with pepper, earthy aromas, salt, spices, oil and iodine

Finish: long and drying with tannins and leather
