Cask Speyside 10yo First Edition

The Cask Speyside 10 years old First Edition is a limited edition Speyside single malt from an undisclosed distillery bottled by the independent bottler A.D. Rattray. This Speysider matured in bourbon casks and was bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: lemon pie with vanilla fudge, mint, floral hints and orange blossom

Palate: soft with malt sugary sweetness, creamy milk chocolate, fresh cinnamon buns and black pepper

Finish: balanced with sweet influences and a hint of lemon
