Payment

At DramTime.nl you can pay by iDeal (Dutch bank cards only), Creditcard, Paypal, Sofort Banking, Transferwise and bank transfer.

Shipping method

Your order will be shipped by PostNL (EU land transport only) and DHL (EU air transport + all non EU countries) together with their partners in the destination country. DHL Express services are available as well. Please enquire your tarriff by email or place your order with the request for DHL Express shipment and we will contact you for the extra DHL Express charge.
 

Shipping costs

The shipping costs in the Nehterlands are always €6,95 up to12 bottles (<20 kg) and €12,40 for 13 or more (<20kg). For shipments outside the Netherlands the following tariffs apply:

Regular 70cl bottles weigh between 1.2 and 1.5 kg depending on their shape and packaging (tube, tin, box) Bottles of 1 liter weigh between 1.4 and 1.8 kg depending on their shape and packaging (tube, tin, box). Bottles with additional packaging like a wooden case, tube or other are most likely heavier. In our webshop a specific weight is assigned to each bottle. For the calculation of the total shipping costs we accumulate the weight of the individual bottles with an addition of 500 gram for packaging materials. The total weight of your parcel is also shown during ordering and on the invoice.
 

Packaging

Your bottles are packed in bubble wrap and shipped in custom made cartonboard (double walled) boxes filled with plastic/cartonboard chips to fill up the empty spaces.If the packaging can damage the bottle/glass during transport both bottle/glass and packaging are packed seperately.
 

Delivery time

If you order before 4pm on Monday - Saturday your order will be shipped the same day. In the Netherlands the delivery will take place the next working day and in most European countries between 2-6 working days deping on the location of the addressee. For non European order shipping time differs between 5 and 14 days depending on the country of destination. For a more exact estimate for your location please feel free to contact us.
 

Other delivery address

If you wish to have your parcel delivered at another address then your own you can indicate this during the ordering process. Please clearly state a company name in case of a 'work delivery'.
 

Mailbox

We can not deliver to a mailbox address outside the Netherlands.

Not at home?

Are you not at home during a delivery attempt? PostNL and it's international partners always leave a note/card stating that they've tried to deliver. It will either claim the parcel has e.g. been delivered to the neighbours, or that they will make a second attempt at a specific date. In some cases it might be that your parcel is available at a pickup location after one failed delivery attempt. In that case you will also be notified about that.
 

In case of damage

In case of damage please contact us within 4 days after accepting the parcel. Also if the damage is cleary visible to the outside box please accept the parcel first from the courier and then contact us. Please include photos and a description of the damage. We will get back to you with a solution which is either a new shipment or a refund.

International customs & damage cover: 

1. All our products are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) within the EU. From outside the EU you can order tax free
2. Charges for customs clearance are for the customer. We do not have control over such charges. Parcels may also be opened for inspection and may cause a delay in delivery
3. Please note that the customs of your country may damage or destroy the parcel. This is not our repsonsibility and no refund will be given
4. Parcels returned by customs or any authorities will be refunded with the exception of shipping fees
5. For further information we recommend contacting your local government/customs
6. We will ship to your country at the customer's risk and we cannot guarantee delivery
 
 
Special note for shipments with DHL Parcel (all non EU destinations):
Customs can inspect your parcel and may impose additional taxes. These costs are for your account and cannot be reclaimed from Dramtime.nl. Customs can open, seize or destroy your parcel and Dramtime.nl cannot be held responsible. Also no refund will be given in case of damage or destruction. If your order is returned to us by any customs/authorities we will refund the value of the shipment. We will NO refund the shipping costs. 
 
Special note for shipments with DHL Express (all non EU destionations): 
DHL Express always reports your shipment to customs in the destination country. Based on the value and content of the parcel they will charge you with local taxes and import duties. Customs can open, seize or destroy your parcel and Dramtime.nl cannot be held responsible. Also no refund will be given in case of damage or destruction. If your order is returned to us by any customs/authorities we will refund the value of the shipment. We will NO refund the shipping costs.
