Ernest Rapenau Champagne Brut

Ernest Rapenau Champagne is an old winery and a family business presided by Bernard Rapenau. His youngest son, Christoph Rapenau, is oenologist and together with the winemakers he’s responsible for the creation of the different champagne styles. Jean Francois, the oldest son, deals with the commercial side and brought the Rapenau champagnes to Europe and the US.

This Brut is light and elegant with a delicate mousse. The nose is floral with exotic fruit followed by well balanced aromas and a rounded finish.
