Ernest Rapenau Champagne Demi-Sec

Ernest Rapenau Champagne is an old winery and a family business presided by Bernard Rapenau. His youngest son, Christoph Rapenau, is oenologist and together with the winemakers he’s responsible for the creation of the different champagne styles. Jean Francois, the oldest son, deals with the commercial side and brought the Rapenau champagnes to Europe and the US.

This Demi-Sec is a friendly wine with a light yellow colour and an elegant mousse. The nose has aromas of tropical fruit and ripe apples followed by a rich taste and finish.
