The Millstone Special No. 21 20 year s old 2000 Pedro Ximenez Sherry butt is the 21^st Dutch single malt release from Zuidam Distillers. This old Millstone was distilled on the 26^th of October 2000 and matured in PX sherry butt BO231. It was bottled on the 30^th of October 2020 at natural cask strength of 51,2% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 590 bottles.
